Our Global Information Office ensures all the infrastructure and systems used to bring Booking.com to you are scalable and operationally excellent. As a Technology Product Manager in SPS, you’re responsible for understanding the platform vision and mission and effectively identifying opportunities to achieve meaningful outcomes by working closely with developers and solution engineers. Your mission is to empower security teams, in order to allow them to become more effective, efficient and increase their velocity to adapt to changes, both internal and external by leveraging on a unified security platform as a service.
In this role, you work closely with the SPS Group Product Manager and the Capability Lead, a team of solution engineers, site reliability engineers (SRE) and developers. You define opportunities to move towards the product vision and empower your team to continuously balance between operations, development and community management focus. You prioritize new initiatives based on the needs of different teams across multiple security domains, such as cyber, fraud and application security that needs to constantly adapt to new threats and attack patterns while taking into account changes in the business and being responsible for the effectiveness of the existing models and tools. You work closely with all security teams and core infrastructure teams.
You’re a strong product leader, ideally with experience in data processing applications and platform mindset. You’re a team player, with a bottom-up approach to developing concepts and products. You have experience working with teams of engineers and satisfying developer needs as customers of your platform, and know how to apply data driven prioritization. You are good at managing different stakeholders and establishing effective feedback loops for fast iteration. You’re creative, and always ready to adjust your strategy based on the evolution of threats, new technology, and business strategy.
