For our client, an established, internationally-oriented, production company, we are currently looking for a Security Officer:

The rapid growth of of the company has brought opportunities, but also risks. To provide a reliable ICT environment, we are looking for the Global Cyber Security Specialist. You will work within the Global IT department (30FTE) in the IT Infrastructure & Services Team (8 FTE).

What’s your role going to be?

You are responsible for a secure IT infrastructure for Netherlands and worldwide for drawing up and maintaining security standards. You will lead the security community. You have a lot of contact with foreign management teams, so that everything fits together well and there are no weaknesses in the central infrastructure. You’re capable to develop yourself in a short time into the point of contact for security issues at De Heus worldwide.

Moreover you are responsible for:

Analysing risks, monitoring and implementing standards and processes in the field of security management worldwide;

Drawing up security roadmap, incident management procedures and frameworks for managing ICT security within the Netherlands;

Guaranteeing the security infrastructure via the sourcing partners;

Provide security tooling and training programs for all users;

Participate as advisor in investment and change projects and ensure that security receives the right attention;

Vereisten

We also ask:

Relevant HBO education with 5-7 experience in ICT security;

Strong communication skills at all levels, you can explain well without jargon;

Relevant certifications, CEH, CISM, CCISO;

Extensive experience with: Security tooling and frameworks (such as ISO27001), Antivirus, Forti Fabric.
