Main Duties

As a Security Officer you will deliver operational advice and support to colleagues and managers in a fast pace hospitality operational environment.

Ensure a safe environment and safety of members, staff and guests at all times

Be visible and observant at all times greeting staff and guests in a courteous and attentive manner

Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately

Record and notify all risks, deviations from Soho House safety standards and any untoward incidents; conduct investigations and compile reports for any theft, loss, accidents or any aspect that risks the safety of the House

Liaise closely with partners in handling crimes, accidents and prevention

What we are looking for

Must have senior lever security experience in Dutch Hospitality industry

Must have experience in volume and high pressure operations

Must be able to work well under pressure

Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch & English

Must be able to work weekends and late night
